Kings Camp

In 23 - 25 may it´s time for KINGS CAMP with the reigning Champion, the KING OF THE RING. Mr Mahmoud Al Chabtoun and his coach mr Harm Blijd both from Netherlands.

The camp is open for everyone MALE and FEMALE boxers any level but there will be sparring, techniqual training and techsparr. You can enter all ready by writing to us via e-mail:

COMPETITION:
There will also be a competition " Sugar Rays 18" on the saturday for them who wants to compete, it is not a must but it is the possibility for them who wants to have a bout as well.
If you want to enter there you will need to  pay additional 100 SEK ( 10 euro) above the entryfee.

COST:
The camp cost 500 SEK each boxer (approx 50 euro)
Meals and accomodation is something the participants has to manage them
selfes, however we will help out with where to shop, restaurants etc and
you will find a lot of good links further down, who to contact for
accomodation of course.
Competition: "Sugar Rays 18" you need to add 100 SEK ( approx 10 euro) to enter the competition as well.

You need to bring equipment for indoor and outdoor training,
boxingequipment such as sparringgloves, headgear, mouthpiece(
gumshield).

This time the camp will aim on only technique and sparring so you have
to be use to spar and headgear and mouthpiece is a must:
We will also have seminars for the boxers.

12.00 - 13.00 Lunch
13.30 – 15.00 Session 2.
14.15 - 15.00 Seminar Q and A with Trainer Harm Blijd and the champion Mahmoud Al Chabtoun.
15.30 -17.30 Session 3

Sunday:
08.30-09.30 Session 1
09.30 – 10.30 Breakfast
11.30 – 13.30 Session 2.
