Kings Camp
In 8-10 of september it´s time for KINGS CAMP with one of the best trainers in the world,
Mr Quinton Shillingford - MBE.
Quinton Shillingford was Awarded an MBE from the Queen for Services to boxing and young people.
“Q” also received the WBC medal from Sugar Ray Leonard.
"Q" was a performance coach on team GB for 6 years. He is now an England Performance /Talent Development Coach & an England Coach Educator.
He has worked with topclass talents such as for example Nicola Adam’s, Anthony Joshua, Ebonie jones, Joshua Buatsi, Joe Joyce etc.
The camp is open for everyone and any level but there will be sparring, techniqual training

COST:
The camp cost 500 SEK each boxer (approx 50 euro)
Meals and accomodation is something the participants has to manage them
selfes, however we will help out with where to shop, restaurants etc and
you will find a lot of good links further down, who to contact for
accomodation of course.
You need to bring equipment for indoor and outdoor training,
boxingequipment such as sparringgloves, headgear, mouthpiece(
gumshield).

This time the camp will aim on only technique and sparring so you have
to be use to spar and headgear and mouthpiece is a must:
We will also have seminars for the boxers.
The camp will take place in Ängshallen, Skene.
It is only open for 100 boxers

10.00 – 12.00 Techniqual training and sparring.
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch
13.00 - 14.00 Seminar with official Mika Moiso " How officials score bouts, with Q and A"
14.00 -16.00 repetition of Tech training, now in sparring and also free sparring.

08.30 – 09.30 Breakfast
10.00 – 12.00 Techniqual training and Sparring.
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch
13.00 -14.00 Seminar: Q and A
14.00 – 15.30 repetition of techtraining now in sparring and also free
